Goodbye '08!

What a year it has been! So much has changed in the past 52 weeks, I'm anxious to see what the next year will bring!

Thanks to everyone who helped and supported me this year I can't wait to see you all soon!

Here's a Boba Fett sketch that I knocked out while I was home in Iowa. I'll have more to post in the coming weeks, so stay tuned!

Happy New Year! See you in 2009!

The Biggest News of My life... So Far

So it' been a little slow for me on the art front as of late... I am working on a commission piece right now and will post it as soon as I get the pencils a little tighter...
Now for the stuff that matters! My little sister has given birth to her first child! Ellie Ray Fraga was born a little after 10 am on November 24th! I am so proud of her and her husband Ben and wanted to dedicate this post to them and my Niece!
Now just a few short weeks and I'll be able to see her!
I can't wait!

one more thing...

Oh! Here's a drawing of my girlfriend as a zombie for an upcoming Off Road Track event flyer... This was fun! I think that I'm' going to start doing more of these!

Finished!

So here are the pencils for two of the four commissions that I've been working on for A WHILE! I'll have the inks up here as soon as I get them scanned! Hopefully I can get all of this stuff in the mail before the weather turns all hurrincaney!

Update

SO! It's been a while since I last updated this a lot has been going on! First of all I want to thank EVERYONE who came over to my table at Heroes Con! Thanks for making it a success and for helping it to make as much fun as last year!

I've been asked a lot about the Sheena cover for Devil's Due and I still haven't heard anything but I'm including a colored version that my buddy Steve Barrowclift did for me (which turned out GREAT!
And last I am open for commissions, so if there's something that you'd like, just drop me a line!

Here are a few things that I'm working on right now which I should have updated soon... Sorry about the quality, photos are the best I can do right now with out a scanner.

Two days and counting!

So we've got two more days until Heroes Con in Charlotte! Jarrett Williams ( my good friend and table mate) were talking this afternoon about the con and we are both really excited about it this year! Last year was so much fun and now that we're all a little more seasoned, this should be an absolute blast!

Hope everybody got their tickets and will stop by and say hi!
...in the mean time, here's my first comission piece for the con!

Getting ready for Heroes Con

With Heroes Con just around the corner I thought that I'd put the sketch cards that I've been working on. I'll continue to update this post so stay tuned! The pricing for these will range from $10-$30 and will be first come, first serve. I'll probably have around 30 by convention time and I will be doing sketches all weekend.See you there!

Other notes

Crap! I just was over at Ransom Getty's page ( which you should go to right when you're done reading this... and then go to lunaboyland.com right after that) and I realized that i hadn't mentioned anything about Mega Con in Orlando (March 7th-9th)! I have a table with Ransom and Jarrett will be there as well. I know that we will all be doing comission work so if anyone wants a piece just drop me an email! See you there!

long time no post

WOW. So it's been a little while since I last posted anything up here! It's not that I haven't been working, just haven't had the time or ability to get anything posted... SO, I am finally able to post my first professional work! I'm not sure when it will be out, (of course I'll let everybody know!) but here it is!

This is the cover for an upcoming issue of Sheena: Queen of the Jungle being published through Devil's Due!

I just want to take time and give a quick shout to my friends and family who helped me through this! It took a little time, but I thanks you all for the help! And I want to thank Mike O'Sullivan (my editor on this job) for giving me the chance to do it and Mike Getty, without whom I would have met Mike O'Sullivan at Comic Con in San Diego!

Thanks a lot!
